We had a wonderful chat with Tami Jo, the founder of The Outspring. The Outspring is a discovery platform of outdoor brands made for and by women. In this episode, we get to know Tami and what inspired her to take some leaps of faith in business and personal experiences. Like taking on The Rebelle Rally, an all-women, off-road navigation rally for 1600 miles through California and Nevada, using only map and compass, with no prior off-roading experience. This is the first of a series of episodes we will have with Tami Jo as we follow her journey in creating an in-person event for The Outspring this coming year.
