Ahhh, balance…and the seemingly never-ending search for it. We all seem to be looking for it and craving it, but what is it really? Will we ever really find it? Personally, I think balance is different for every person and it’s not always equal parts. In this episode, we talk with Charlotte, founder of The Ski Retreat. She talks about her two (seemingly conflicting) dreams of being a boss lady and a ski bum.
